Dr. Andrew Dugum, Periodontist
About Dr. Dugum
Dr. Andrew Dugum is originally from southern California. He graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. He then pursued his dental degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where he also developed a passion for helping his community and meeting their particular needs. This led him to pursue a master’s degree in Public Health concurrently with his dental degree. He elected to continue his education in periodontics at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, where he received his certificate in Periodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry degree. His initial interest in the field of periodontics was initiated by his curiosity about how systemic health affected the oral cavity and the progression of periodontal disease. Dr. Dugum is a board-certified periodontist.
In his free time, Dr. Dugum enjoys visiting the local parks, watching movies, going to concerts, traveling and trying new restaurants.
