Dr. Zhen Shen, Endodontist
About Dr. Shen
Dr. Shen earned a PhD in Cell Biology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and obtained his DMD degree and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He continued his specialty training in endodontics (root canal) at the University of Texas School of Dentistry.
Dr. Shen is a board-certified endodontist who practices as a family dentist in the private sector in the greater Houston. He also serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, teaching dental students about root canals.
In his spare time, Dr. Zhen Shen likes spending time with family and exploring different restaurants around Houston. He is an avid mahjong player and loves playing with his family and friends. Dr. Shen is also a world traveler. He enjoys traveling to different countries, learning about their cultures and tasting the local foods.
